BCS HCI 2025 takes place from the 9th to the 11th of November at Cardiff University. Hosted across both the modern Abacws and the heritage rich Queens Buildings, the venues provide a spacious forum for the conference, with breakout rooms available and close to many local amenities.
Sunday 9th November: Abacws Building
Our workshops and DC will take place in Abacws.
Getting there
The venue is conveniently located in the heart of Cardiff.
By train: From Cardiff Central, take a short city train to Cathays station. The building is right next door.
By plane: Fly to Cardiff Airport and take the 905 shuttle to Rhoose Station. From there, regular trains run to Cardiff Queen Street. There are also taxi services at Cardiff Airport.
Monday 10th and Tuesday 11th Noveber: Queens Building
The main conference presentations will take place in the Queens Building
Getting there

By train: From Cardiff Central, take a short city train to Cardiff Queen Street. Turn right upon exiting the station, and wrap around the station to Newport Road. Cross the road to the Car Park: follow Newport road to the entrance of the building on the main road.
By plane: Fly to Cardiff Airport and take the 905 shuttle to Rhoose Station. From there, regular trains run to Cardiff Queen Street. There are also taxi services at Cardiff Airport.
